I started my business in 2008 and I totally love it. I love the variety of seeing many different families and those lovely newborns, I just can't get enough of them. Photography has been a big part of my career since leaving CCAD in Middlesbrough in 1998, I've been lucky to be able to have an element of photography as part of my job. I graduated as a graphic designer and have spent the last 18 years as a graphic/web designer. I previously worked for the Evening Gazette designing their first online presence, then spent 15 year working for Redcar & Cleveland Council in the Web/ Communication team, which I've totally enjoyed and was sad when I got made redundant but also happy to be able to pursue my love of photography. I have the most amazing husband who I've been with since 1994, and 2 gorgeous boys, Thomas who's very creative film maker and Jamie who makes me laugh every day, we used to call him the joker, he's gone a bit serious since moving on from secondary school. They both make me so proud.
