General Help:

When you book with me, I will send you some booking information which explains about what to expect. I will also chat to you about how to style your shoot. Family shoots generally take about and hour or less, newborn shoots are 2 hours plus.
Yes I ask that you please pay the session fee for your shoot, or a deposit towards your shoot. This can be paid by bank transfer or through paypal. (Deposits are no-refundable, but can be used at another time if you need to cancel)
If you can let me know as soon as possible then I can re-arrange another session for you at a later date.
Yes I do, I use a handful of locations which I'm comfortable with and are accessible with parking and also have lots of character.
It's best to book in your newborn shoot after your 20 weeks scan to avoid disappointment of not getting a slot when your baby is born. I will pencil you in one week after your due date but I can change your booking if baby is early or late.
It's best to do your newborn shoot as early as possible, the first 3 weeks are the best. I can do shoots later but your baby will be a lot more alert and the older they are they will gain weight and will lose their curly natural newborn positions.
You will receive a half edit of your gallery the same day as your session and I allow up to one week to get your gallery back to you fully edited, you will receive a contact sheet with watermarks on each picture. I leave galleries open for 6 month.
I normally edit all images to be high quality jpg's, they are 11in x 15in. This is the best crop size to fit into any size print with minimal loss.
Yes I do voucher for Newborn shoots which are £160 or Family shoots are £135. I can post these to you. Vouchers need to be used within a 12 month time scale.
